The Clozd team is amazing but missed the mark with lack of training, diversity, and they have bro culture where they keep the people they love and not look at performace.

I had high expectations for them, the offering is really cool. But it's a "nice to have." Leadership doesn't know what they are doing and won't listen due to their ego.

Things have slowed down considerably for sales at Clozd. They let go of the entire SDR org of 20 people. Very little pipeline generation after much effort from everyone.
