I had high expectations for them, the offering is really cool. But it's a "nice to have." Leadership doesn't know what they are doing and won't listen due to their ego.

The Clozd team is amazing but missed the mark with lack of training, diversity, and they have bro culture where they keep the people they love and not look at performace.

Great company. Awesome product in a new category. The product is getting so good - no competitors come close. So, the key is to sell the value of win-loss and once you do, Clozd is the clear leader.
