My overall experience was positive until the mother company QA started calling the shots. The initially good, supportive company culture suffered a massive hit for the bad, the product quality decreased and the product market fit went out of alignment, making it difficult to cater to the request of customers and prospects.

The base pay is great but the management is a disaster, seen 4 different sales leaders over the past 6 months and the parent company is getting more involved which is causing the culture to become questionable.
