Current Employee4.0Jul 25, 2023I think the overall organization has changed and the compensation structure has definitely taken a hit. However, the culture is awesome and my manager/director does everything he can to ensure our success.

Do not offer pay equity or incentives to stay and be promoted - paying external hires much more than internal promotions for the exact same work. lots of change and rolled out in a disorganized fashion. managers not on the same page and not looking out for employees.
