Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee It is not the same Clio I knew. There are growing pains from shifting from a start-up to corporate culture which is fair and expected. However, morale is low and has been low ever since the restructuring of our sales model. Extremely inequitable and a rare few consistently hit quota. CEO has also sent out mixed signals about how great remote work is but is now mandating return to work while cutting out our wellness stipend. The kicker? It was announced after celebrating our best month ever in sales.
The culture and remote work was what kept me around even though we had below market pay but now, there isn’t anything to stay for. Browse Other Reviews
