My overall experience started off positive, but after the company was acquired it was all downhill. In the past year Classy has over hired, less AEs are hitting quota, too many internal meetings and poor leadership.

It's very rare for an AE to hit quota. They might one month, but then won't for a couple months. Every month that went by at least 15% of the reps closed $0. Top performers one quarter might put up $0 the next. OTE is unobtainable.
