Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Overall, It was good, but the company has been through A LOT of leadership changes and can't seem to keep a Sr. Sales Leader in place for longer than 6 months which is telling. The Marketing department has struggled with new leadership and has drastically hurt lead flow and quota attainment. In my almost 3 years here, I've had 4 different bosses and many being new to org completely. It's a whale game, you either land a big win or you end your year at 50% of Quota at best. The lack of deal flow hurts, and with that many reps only last 1 -2 years. Browse Other Reviews
