I really enjoyed my 18 months at Clari. I really liked the leadership, team and product but in APAC we struggled with the relative immaturity of the market and product market fit. These two factors, coupled with the economic headwind, made the selling environment extremely challenging.

Overall, It was good, but the company has been through A LOT of leadership changes and can't seem to keep a Sr. Sales Leader in place for longer than 6 months which is telling. The Marketing department has struggled with new leadership and has drastically hurt lead flow and quota attainment.
