Coworkers and work life balance were great. Industry leader and decent accelerators when over goal. However, leadership has taken a huge dip with bad strategy and changes that make hitting goal difficult. Multiple product issues, negative changes to compensation plans in year and year over year, extremely poor communication from leadership. With a low base pay and difficult corporate direction it can be hard to recommend

I’ve been fortunate - had good managers around me, and been able to fit product/services to the enterprise market.
