Coworkers and work life balance were great. Industry leader and decent accelerators when over goal. However, leadership has taken a huge dip with bad strategy and changes that make hitting goal difficult. Multiple product issues, negative changes to compensation plans in year and year over year, extremely poor communication from leadership. With a low base pay and difficult corporate direction it can be hard to recommend

Good product offering with an excellent database and an easy to use platform. The head of Canadian sales was a wonderful leader, overall customers enjoyed the platform but Cisions pricing was consistently twice the price as competition. Good work life balance, nice people. Taken over by a private equity firm which has damaged culture massively through very high targets with not a lot of investment.
