Low pay and no real upward growth. Ae's have been in their roles for years without making it to Sr. Which are all external hires. Extremely low attainment with only about 5 people hitting annual numbers last year. It's a great product and we are the best tool in the industry but when working with PR departments who have limited budgets. We are often twice the price of our competitors and often lose because of that.
