Well run company. Great training and development resources. Unfortunately it feels at times that senior leadership wants Cisco to be a faction of the DNC rather than a publicly traded company. At lower levels the politics go away and we just focus on serving customers, which is what matters.

Cisco is going through a transformation. There are multiple forces at play. Culturally, Cisco is embracing DEI at an aggressive level. There are people getting promoted into very senior roles who are legitimately under qualified, which is alarming. In addition, Cisco has become an Acquisition company.
