The experience has changed over the last few years. In the security space priorities are always evolving. No inbound leads, all self driven with only recently tools being provided to help with that process.

My overall opinion of this comany is good. I have had good managers, and good experiences but some patches that are given are not set up for success.

There has been a lot of organizational changes the last year or so. People getting moved to roles they didn't sign up for and comp plans not aligning to the type of role they were put in. Its always a slow start at the turn of the fiscal but this year have been very slow and difficult across the board.
