Overall experience was positive. Upper management does not seem to have their act together and are always making chances that take several months to trickle down. Management is always waiting until the last week of the quarter to get close to goals. Creates a very stressful last two weeks of the quarter.

The biggest problem with Cisco is they just don't move fast enough to current market trends. Cisco wants to be a software and services company, but they struggle to release reliable code. The company is truly more of a holding company for a lot of small companies they've acquired rather than a market leader driving innovation.
