With so many offers and initiatives, our priorities can become very muddled. I enjoy the people I work with tremendously. I wish my OTE felt more in line with my workload.

Layoffs upon layoffs. This used to be the best place to work now literally everyone I talk to is fearful of losing their jobs. Chuck and the rest of the ELT have to bend the knee to the board and it’s shown through the company’s morale.
