I’m concerned with the strategy of the security sales leadership as there were several reports the last 2 years and many good sales people were let go as a result or choose to leave for competitors.

However, Issue with management style where all pressure is on sales team despite being successful vs other functions at the company. Pay/Benefits are lower than industry, making it more difficult to overachieve each year, frequent layoffs, management politics making it toxic environment, slow career growth.
