Upper leadership for the security group has no clue how to goal for this role. Completely unrealistic expectations for the market and where Cisco sits as a security player.

culture and leadership has gone downhill in the past 6 months, extremely high pressure to get deals in and they moved us to a new commission structure with decelerator until you hit 50%.
