Great place the last 3.5 years (2020-2023) but they are shifting from sales led to product led so it’s not a great sales revenue team anymore.

This company is poorly led at all levels by folks who took over for the founders who have all since left the org. Sales leadership is beyond shady and uninvolved and while I was there the entire Sales Engineering team left. Great product and culture, but most of that is now lost after the recent rounds of layoffs. Virtually no inbound lead flow and the company struggles to earn new business.
