The ability to make money and sustain a good work-life balance is here, but the compenstation plan has suffered tremendously in recent years while goals continue to skyrocket. Your experience at Cintas will be heavily determined by your office and territory. Positions overlap in every department and the solution to every problem is always hire more. As a result, prices go up due to corporate overheard and territories get cut. Overall, I would avoid the company as a seasoned salesperson, but highly recommend it for a college graduate.
