My time at Cintas was good. Professional development was great, but 2nd and 3rd line managers did not care for your development. Just a number.

Cintas is a great company for the most part, the comp plan is not the greatest for the sales division however. Quotas are hard to hit and because of this they actually lowered expectations this year.
