Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Cintas is a great company for the most part, the comp plan is not the greatest for the sales division however. Quotas are hard to hit and because of this they actually lowered expectations this year. I have not been impressed with the local leadership at the plant I worked at and that’s being nice. The way they promote sales leaders is a joke and the GM seemed to be anti new business.
