Current Employee3.7Jan 28, 2024Cintas is a well known company that provides products and services businesses need in every industry. Their training and development programs are excellent for those new to B2B sales. However, their compensation plans are getting continually worse as corporate overhead continues to grow. Unnecessarily sales positions overlap in every sector of the business.
