The job is not the most glamorous and can be a grind since it is new business, but the commission structure is great. It’s a great fit for hustlers. The culture doesn’t have much diversity and management has an “old school, suits” mentality that has people coming into the office for 8 am meetings twice a week, but the people are nice.

Cintas is a well known company that provides products and services businesses need in every industry. Their training and development programs are excellent for those new to B2B sales. However, their compensation plans are getting continually worse as corporate overhead continues to grow. Unnecessarily sales positions overlap in every sector of the business.
