Not a pleasant experience. Hostile environment due to internal competition, lack of communication and lack of accountability in mid level management between sales and operations.

My experience overall was solid. Be ready for a stuffy type culture. Great place as entry level but if you dream of becoming a 7 figure earner, it will never happen at Cintas.

If you’re wanting to make 60k after taxes by working fairly hard and also have plenty of flexibility to run your work week how you want, then this is for you.
