Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall experience at Cintas (First Aid and Safety) has been positive until major changes mid-2023. The culture used to be one that took care of its people. because they took care of the business. That has changed drastically with newer leadership. The new strategy appears to be focused on forcing out seasoned and successful partners to replace them with new and less experienced (read: much cheaper) "sales reps" but relegating them to little more than a delivery person rather than a sales professional. The result? They (senior leaders) brag about the profit margins. The ones that are funded by taking commissions from the people who hold the business together (to the tune of half the previous levels.) To say it is frustrating and sad to see the company take this path is a gross understatement.
I hope senior leadership will seriously consider the feedback they are receiving and consider the value of their seasoned partners in their overall growth. Browse Other Reviews
