My experience overall was solid. Be ready for a stuffy type culture. Great place as entry level but if you dream of becoming a 7 figure earner, it will never happen at Cintas.

Definitely have to be a bit of a “Kool-Aid” drinker. But the experience is not the same across the board. Each location is run as a small business, and has its own culture.

My overall experience has certainly been more lack luster than anything. When I was applying and all through training I was under the assumption that this role would make 52000 base.
