Unfortunately, the company culture is marred by a lack of trust, honesty, and transparency. Positive interactions can quickly turn into attempts to manage employees out. This toxic environment is pervasive, stemming from the CEO down through the Sales leadership. While I cannot speak for other departments, the Sales team, in particular, has been one of the most dysfunctional places I have worked in a long time.

Product isn't ready to compete in such a saturated space. They may have legit 10% quota attainment this year they only have about 12 logos. Most of their revenue is tied to 4 or 5 large contracts which is why they got funding but it's not a good outlook. Still haven't defined their ICP and the CRO doesn't have any clear vision.
