3 rounds of lay offs in the last 10 months, crowded industry, lack of inbound leads, and poor leadership. Good reps and culture at the individual contributor level. Great leadership team and opportunity in the market. With lots of change the last 2 years means that a lot needs to be built out. This is a good job for people who like autonomy and want to help build something awesome.
