My particular division did not align with the overall mission and direction of the company as a whole. Culture, direction, training, and compensation for my division were consistently below the rest of the org.

ChargePoint is a company with an excellent product. However, their management at a high level is less than favorable. With multiple layoffs in the past year it is hard to ignore the holes.

ChargePoint was a great place between 2020-2022. Unfortunately, the majority of the institutional knowledge has departed for other opportunities.
