Former Employee2.7Nov 16, 2023It’s a start up. Lots of things changed quickly. Once the owner sold the company to a PE firm it seemed to go downhill and lots of people left the company. Benefits were subpar. Got to work from home 2 days a week which was nice.

Drastic changes are made on a whim that impact every aspect of the sales org with no long term thinking. Out of touch quota expectations with no support from upper management. Think wisely as a new rep, this company has a long way to go if you want to succeed.
