Mixed. Amazing company, everyone at the organization is very established and if you can make it, it's life changing. But the SDR team is very limited in career progression. They want "Career SDRs", whatever that means. No one ever gets promoted, and if you try to look into a new role you'll get sacked. No training, no career development. Overall experience is great. One of the fast-growing companies in the network/security space. Young company but with really good structures in place. Pressure can be high sometimes as the standard for qualifying is very high
