Great organization to work for! Specifically the SDR department is world-class (and worldwide). The team holds you accountable to your number, but they celebrate wins very well. Support is offered if you are struggling in order to help you hit your goals. The base + commission is easily top 10%!

Cato is an up and coming SASE platform. Internally things are very well run. The product is unmatched in the space and the demand is apparent. Catos culture is awesome as well. I absolutely love it here.
