Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I was a Software Account Executive at Cart. Overall, it can be a great opportunity to learn. The downfall is weak software product market fit and pricing is all over the place. The company is still in its very early learning stages about sales and GTM with little to no sales leadership roles such as a CRO, VP of Sales, or Director of Sales. There is also little to no field marketing presence or enablement. This causes sales reps to be all encompassing while still being full-cycle. Also, the company is now mostly focused on Fulfillment so software is not given attention and resources. Executive leadership is not completely in tune with sales/GTM nor do they understand how to operate it which causes a lot of confusion on both ends.
