My overall experience was poor. I think Carolina Handling has potential to be a great company, but they are very unorganized. They preach "people first" but do not practice what they preach. It is essentially a corporate frat house

Carolina Handling is a great company to work for with a close, family like culture, the ability to operate both in teams and independently, and has a great comp structure with no cap on earnings.
