Great until the product became horrible, constant claw backs, commission not being paid, terrible leadership (could've been run better by a class of 5th graders) Compensation plan 2024 and beyond makes in nearly impossible to earn money. The people are great, but the company has been losing ground against competitors for over a decade now. Products and solutions are changed out almost quarterly to try and attract new logos, but not enough time/effort spent on fixing core issues and taking customer feedback.
