Base and benefits are fantastic though that’s where the positives end. Forget about actually hitting your number. Less than 10% of reps hit their number, leadership top to bottoms sucks and the product has so many limitations. Inbounds are horrible, the occasional good ones are given to the golden children and the cronyism is enough to make you sick. IAC is dying to offload the failed company and can’t give it away. Look elsewhere. Your career will thank you for it.

My overall experience was okay. Tough sell the daycares don't have any money and most of them don't need the product. Manager was super cool. Just a tough sell.
