It was great when I got somewhat fresh leads that I could sell. But there were major inconsistencies in the data entry into Salesforce.

Training was 4 weeks long, mostly based on sales theory rather than practical application. The trainer told us one thing to do, Sales manager told us to do it differently. My overall experience was okay. Tough sell the daycares don't have any money and most of them don't need the product. Manager was super cool. Just a tough sell.

The team culture was great. The overall expectations were sub par. We were given recycled leads and told to make 150+ phone calls a day. Most leads had bad contact information or they had already been contacted by so many previous reps that they yell and ask to be taken off the list again.
