The team culture was great. The overall expectations were sub par. We were given recycled leads and told to make 150+ phone calls a day. Most leads had bad contact information or they had already been contacted by so many previous reps that they yell and ask to be taken off the list again. I was heavily micromanaged but given almost no training/coaching outside if the first week. There is a huge employee churn rate at care.com. Seems like a revolving door of unsuspecting professionals.

My overall experience was okay. Tough sell the daycares don't have any money and most of them don't need the product. Manager was super cool. Just a tough sell.
