Back to ReviewsFormer Employee The team culture was great. The overall expectations were sub par. We were given recycled leads and told to make 150+ phone calls a day. Most leads had bad contact information or they had already been contacted by so many previous reps that they yell and ask to be taken off the list again. I was heavily micromanaged but given almost no training/coaching outside if the first week. There is a huge employee churn rate at care.com. Seems like a revolving door of unsuspecting professionals.
