My overall experience at this company has been mixed. Starting base salary is fine, variable comp structure leaves a lot to be desired. I'm tasked with managing existing clients in addition to sourcing new ones, but there's little to no incentive in renewals/growth with current accounts.

Bonne équipe, bon salaire (dépend du périmètre..) mais trop de process, offre difficilement concurrentielle, prix trop haut, marché trop tendu
