Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience at Canary was very meh. The culture was great when I first started but then it started to tank the longer I was there. The training and development was just a weekly 1 on 1 with your team lead where you went over activity metrics and maybe did a call review. Your commission is only based on if the meeting occurs, no % for closing. They had an open and honest policy but if you brought feedback for areas where the company could improve, it fell on deaf ears. Leads were continuously recycled so nothing was ever fresh. The best part was going to the office and seeing the people that worked in the office with you. Its a good spot for someone wanting to get into tech sales but not something I could see as a long term career. Browse Other Reviews
