That said, management sets incredibly unrealistic quotas and even raised the quota for reps despite having 80% of the AE team fail to hit their goal. What's the point of setting an OTE when nobody can achieve it?
Benefits are mediocre at best. No office lunches, the healthcare plans are terrible- good luck if you get sick! Nice to have unlimited PTO, but you will never be able to take it.
