Pipeline issues with poor organization. Great product, just missing qualified middle management. Relatively low perks and pay for a SaaS company- quota is way too high for the amount of quality opps. Very few reps hit quota

70% of account executives don't hit quota. Contacts have already seen the demo once or three times. Also if you're an SDR looking to get your foot in the door, there is very little chance of promotion.

Canary does a good job celebrating wins at the individual and company level. That said, management sets incredibly unrealistic quotas and even raised the quota for reps despite having 80% of the AE team fail to hit their goal.
