My overall experience at Canary was very meh. The culture was great when I first started but then it started to tank the longer I was there. The training and development was just a weekly 1 on 1 with your team lead where you went over activity metrics and maybe did a call review. Your commission is only based on if the meeting occurs, no % for closing. They had an...Read More

Canary does a good job celebrating wins at the individual and company level. That said, management sets incredibly unrealistic quotas and even raised the quota for reps despite having 80% of the AE team fail to hit their goal.
