Very little opportunity for growth. The company is hiring random outside managers rather than focus on people at the company. "Open honest and direct" until you have something constructive to say

70% of account executives don't hit quota. Contacts have already seen the demo once or three times. Also if you're an SDR looking to get your foot in the door, there is very little chance of promotion.
