Leadership in sales was hit or miss and I believe they generally over hired in the last year, as they just had another round of layoffs. It got hard to hit quota when goals were too high and pipeline too low.

Former Employee1.7Jan 19, 2024Started out great, however as many people have mentioned here, leadership has no pulse on the actual environment and makes constant knee jerk decisions that affect the sales team horrendously. Regardless of performance numerous reps were let go without any communication prior to the layoff.
