No career growth or strategic planning from Leadership team. Turnover is very high, and competing with multiple free products in the space.

Two layoffs in under a year. Despite being a top performer and hitting my quota, I was laid off. The majority of AEs hit under half their quota. Upper management changes the commission structure and adds clawbacks with no heads-up.
