It's definitely a good company, it's simply difficult to hit targets and there is a lot of turnover. If you're willing to work really hard, you can make good money, but the company's structure does not set you up for success. There are too many AE's and not enough SDR's, and the marketing dollars aren't there at all. The company is focused on hiring hard-working AE's and wants their revenue to come almost exclusively from outbound work and that just puts a big workload on the sales team. They need to put more SDR's in place and get more marketing going because inbound is almost nonexistant.

The Sales org at crexi suffers from pretty standard issues that are seen across the industry. very high turnover, uneaven lead distribution and lackluster leadership that offers little guidance.

Fine, cutthroat. A lot of favorites, but it's more or less a meritocracy. Extremely territory dependent.
