Eh, this company tries to separate the tasks of an SDR, phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages into its own role. One person makes phone calls, one person sends emails and another sends LinkedIn messages. The ICP is created in conjunction with the client we are working with and the managers on CIENCE’s side have no added insight they can offer. All in all it’s a good company to start at and then leave after 6 months to a real SDR role where you are in charge of your success.

My view is that the market has been tough for the past year. VC money slowed down and budgets tightened up. CIENCE has gone through a lot of changes to be a company of the future capitalizing on the power of AI within our tools/services.
