The sales culture here in the new client channel is amazingly broken. Full contact sport, lying, cheating, stealing all supported and encouraged by management.

Company is still setup on the good ole boy system. Takes forever to get clear explanations whenever there is any gray areas( anything sales related). Overall the job could be so much better with some basics tweaks.
