If you are taking this job it’s because the job market has fallen off drastically and they are offering you something stable with low pay.
This actual CEO is a xenophobe who believes Japanese are inherently better workers/smarter workers.
They fired all the people of color, even 2 NEWLY HIRED BDRS. I am not joking. They were there for 2 weeks before being laid off. The manager lied to our faces multiple times and gave no feedback that lay offs were a possibility.
My performance review was strong, but I was still laid off the next week to keep the “right” people in place.
All they did was fire the BDRs and give fake titles to all the previous managers so they could sell their inflated egos.The product is severely lacking compared to other US and even European competitors. Yushiro (CEO) is responsible for the last round of every interview, yet hid in another room during the lay offs. As he was too coward to accept his failures, and quick to place them on others
