Overall my experience was up and down constantly. Many changes to the comp plan that were often not communicated until they were in place made for an environment that was not what it could have been. I've always been excited about the service we provide and how it can benefit the customer.

Meh- Served in different roles at C2FO and the decision making from leadership is not based on product market fit and rather on hypotheses that are driven by "data"

Not too many good things to say about this place. Really it's a dysfunctional mess with no one steering the ship. Highly talented individuals left and the company gladly watched them go to reduce costs.
