My specific role may be different from the rest of the company because it was a new department. There was a lot of good about the role but it was not the role I was expecting. A lot more cold calling and inside sales than expected even though it was supposed to be outside sales.

The company itself is good, the compensation is not. Trying to change too fast without compensating for said change is a bad strategy.

This rating is for BOSS specifically. Great team, the product needs work. Market presence and inbound lead flow is non-existent. 1 out of 12 is hitting goal
