Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The positive: The company has a good product that will be successful for years to come. I think we are widely considered a market leader with space to grow. They hire those with limited sales experience and give them an opportunity to succeed. The concerns: Depending on your territory your experience will likely differ greatly. For instance the worst performing territory had one rep clear 100k amongst 4 fully ramped reps this year, (ramped quota 150k). 3 of the 6 teams had 50-80% exceed that number with the majority hitting or exceeding quota. It isn’t personelle as the lowest performing team has seen 10 people leave in the last 2 years and it’s a 7 person team. This isn’t unique but I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a contrast and lack of acknowledgement from upper management. Also they do not distribute handoffs fairly, inbounds, yes, but handoffs from existing clients or clients of former reps, no. I’ve found one rep on my team was seeing 50% of their quota being obtained by manager handoffs. With this being said, All in all I am glad I took the opportunity to work here, but I don’t plan on staying. Browse Other Reviews
